International meeting planners from more than 100 countries have put forward their applications to qualify for ibtm world 2016. From Asia and Australia to the Middle East, Latin America and North America, Africa and Europe, Hosted Buyers are invited to apply as soon as possible to meet the October deadline when they can start to select who they want to meet with and create their own individual diary of appointments.
“Buyers are encouraged to apply ahead of the launch of the Mutual Match selection process which takes place in early November. This is when both buyers and suppliers choose their own personalized business preferences and a match takes place with exhibitors – it’s all about driving the most relevant and valuable appointments for everyone’s business objectives at this year’s show” added Clark.
Both pre and post event Fam Trips are also available for buyers to add more value to their trip to Barcelona.
This year Association buyers will once again be able to join My Association | My Club , an exclusive programme designed to provide each buyer with flexibility to plan an itinerary of business, networking and education that suits their schedule. Corporate and Agency buyers will also have access to exclusive networking events and flexible appointment schedules. All attendees will have a full programme of education delivered on the show floor in the ACS Knowledge Village.
