IBTM World announced that the multi-award winning tech entrepreneur Charlotte Pearce, Founder and CEO of the innovative tech platform, Inkpact as the third keynote speaker at IBTM World 2018.
26-year old Charlotte, has been tipped as ‘one to watch’ by Sir Richard Branson, named in the Forbes’ 30 under 30 and The Maserati 100. Charlotte founded Inkpact three years ago, allowing businesses to bring humans and technology closer together by turning email campaigns into transcribed handwritten letters.
Charlotte will open the Knowledge Programme at 9am on Tuesday 27 November and discuss how businesses can bridge the gap between humans and technology and how new tech can be used to create remarkable experiences for customers and stronger customer bonds.
